You may need to check your notifications for Chrome and in your computer OS settings.
1. Use Aneta on Chrome version 48+ You can update your browser here
2. Check that Chrome is Allowing Notification from app.anetaed.com
In Google Chrome check that notifications are allowed for app.anetaed.com by following the instructions here
3. Check that your computer is allowing notifications from Chrome.
Grant Chrome Notification Permission
Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions and make sure the Notifications option is toggled on. Afterward, scroll to the Get notifications from these senders section and make sure Google Chrome is toggled on.
On MacOS follow this process here to ensure that notifications are turned on for Chrome
On Windows 10 follow the instructions here. Ensure that 'Get notifications from other apps and senders' is toggled on. Then ensure that notifications are turned on for Chrome
